About Kayden Connect
Kayden Connect is the internal communications platform that proves leadership messages actually land (a Wyoming LLC, solo-founder at launch, going GA on 2026-07-01). We're hiring our founding team in the months ahead.
About the role
We'll hire this role within the first 90 days post-launch. Register interest now and you'll be the first conversation. You'll own the marketing surface — blog, newsletter, the founding-customer community, and the early developer/operator audience. The bar is honest, useful content for internal-comms operators, written from inside the internal-comms world, not generic SEO bait.
Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar — three honest, useful pieces a month, no filler
- Build and run the founding-customer community (Slack/Discord, monthly call, async digest)
- Run the newsletter and pick up the work the founder is doing solo today
- Own social channels and source non-paid distribution
Requirements
- You have run content marketing for a B2B SaaS company before
- Strong, opinionated writer — you can demonstrate work that ranked on craft, not just keywords
- Comfort with the operator audience — you know what an internal-comms lead actually does
- Async-first communicator who can carry the brand voice without daily founder oversight
Nice to have
- Background in internal-comms, HR-tech, or employee-experience
- Community-building experience (Slack, Discord, founder-led communities)
- You have run a newsletter at >10k subscribers
