The terms, in plain words
What you earn, when, and what stops it.
30% of what the client paysCalculated on the subscription amount, excluding sales tax, for twelve months from that client's first payment. One contract, one commission window; a renewal does not restart it.
Paid as the client paysMonthly, through Stripe Connect, once the client's payment has cleared. Every payout is reviewed and approved by a person before it is sent, so we do not commit to a fixed payout date. The first payout cycle begins at general availability.
Stops when they stopIf the client cancels, commission stops there. Commission already paid is not clawed back.
Visible in the portalApproved partners get a separate portal showing their referrals and a commission ledger they can export. While the programme is in early access, applications and approvals are handled by hand.
No exclusivityRecommend Kayden Connect when it fits and other tools when they fit. We earn the recommendation or we do not.

How is a referral recorded?Share your partner link. A referral is recorded when someone signs up through it, and the credit follows the partner link used at signup, within 90 days of the click.
Can I co-brand or use your materials?Use the pages, kits and screens on this site as they are. Every screen shows a fictional organisation; do not present them as a customer. Co-marketing beyond that is agreed case by case.
Do you pay on seat increases?Commission is on the subscription amount the client pays inside the twelve-month window, including seats they add during it. Kayden Connect does not sell storage or AI top-up packs.
When will I hear back?A person replies within one working day. Applications are read by the founder, and approval is not automatic.
