An AI action is one polish, one Co-Pilot answer or one generated quiz, about 2,500 tokens. Translation draws on the same allowance. The allowance resets on the calendar month; when it is used up, AI requests pause until the next month.

Is there a free plan?
No. Spark starts at $4 per user per month and bills from 5 seats; Command is $8 from 10 seats; HQ is $15 per user per month, billed annually only ($180 per user per year) from 25 seats. Kayden Connect is currently available through invitation-based early access.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 20% off the monthly price on Spark and Command. HQ has no monthly price: $15 per user per month is its annual rate, billed as $180 per user per year. Annual billing is the only standing discount.
What happens when we reach a limit?
You see a banner. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted. Storage and AI allowances are hard limits on every plan, so more room means moving up a tier.
Can we switch plans mid-cycle?
Upgrades take effect as soon as the new plan starts. Where the change is made through the Stripe billing portal, Stripe pro-rates the difference; where it is made by starting a new plan at checkout, email billing@kaydenconnect.com and we will credit any overlap. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Which currency and payment methods?
USD, by card, through Stripe. Stripe Tax adds the right VAT or sales tax at checkout based on your billing location. Annual HQ contracts can be invoiced. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing page and keep access to the end of the paid period. The refund and cancellation policy and the terms state the rest.
Do you support SSO?
Google and Microsoft SSO are available on Command and HQ; every plan supports email and password sign-in. SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are on the post-launch roadmap for HQ.
Where is our data, and what about certifications?
Stored and processed in europe-west1 (Belgium), encrypted at rest and in transit, with tenant isolation enforced on every request and again at the database. We do not hold a SOC 2 attestation or ISO 27001 certification, and neither is currently in scope. See the full security posture.
Can we migrate from our current tool?
Migration assessment is available on HQ. We review each export before confirming supported data, scope, dependencies, fees and timeline, and no migration work begins until a written plan is agreed. There is no self-serve import wizard.
