The platform

Every layer of internal comms, in one tool.

Six things every comms team needs, designed to work together. No intranet bolt-ons, no survey product to integrate, no chat app to bridge.

Communicate

One feed your whole company actually reads.

Posts land in the order they were sent. No mystery algorithm in the way, no important update buried under cat photos. Leaders and admins write; everyone else reads, reacts, and replies. The post you need everyone to see can be pinned to the top until you take it down.

  • Three kinds of posts

Update for the everyday, Win to celebrate a team, and Announcement for the must-read that needs proof of receipt.

  • Pinned at the top

Leaders pin the post they need everyone to see. It stays there until they choose to unpin it.

  • Reactions and replies

Hearts, congrats, applause, and a threaded comment under every post for the real conversation.

  • Spaces for each team

Private feeds per team or project. 5 on Spark, 25 on Command, unlimited on HQ.

Acknowledge

Send an Announcement. See exactly who has read it.

Some messages are not optional. When you send a post as an Announcement, Kayden Connect tracks who has opened it and confirmed they have read it. Chase the stragglers with a one tap reminder, then export the report when finance, HR, or your auditors ask for proof. Announcements unlock on the Command plan and above.

  • Send to everyone

Mark any post as an Announcement and every person on the tenant gets it, whether they open the app or not.

  • Live progress

A read-receipt bar updates in real time so you can see who is acknowledged and who is still pending.

  • One-tap reminder

Ping only the people who have not confirmed yet. No copy and paste follow ups.

  • Export for audit

Download the acknowledgement report as a spreadsheet for HR, finance, or external audit.

Know

Every policy and how to, in one searchable home.

Knowledge Hub is where you keep policies, playbooks, onboarding guides, and how to articles. Each one opens in a clean writing tool with a sidebar contents list and a full history of every edit. Spark ships with 50 ready made articles; Command and HQ unlock the full editor for your team to write their own.

  • Clean editor

A familiar writing tool with reusable templates and a full history of every edit.

  • Sidebar contents

Headings auto-build a table of contents on desktop. On phones it tucks into a dropdown.

  • Cmd+K search across everything

Cmd+K search across articles, posts, Spaces, and your staff directory.

  • Categories and access

Group articles into categories and choose who in the company can see each one.

Measure

Know how your company is doing at a glance.

The executive dashboard rolls adoption, read rates, and sentiment into one leadership-grade view, with per-post analytics for everything you send. The Communication Health Score — a single number blending posting cadence, acknowledgements, reactions, response time, and comment tone across the company and each department, with a 30-day trend — is on the post-launch roadmap.

  • Health Score (roadmap)

On the post-launch roadmap: one number for the whole company, with a per-department heatmap and a 30 day trend.

  • Per-post analytics

See reach, reactions, comments, and acknowledgements for every post you send.

  • Pulse Surveys

Quick polls with live response-rate tracking, available from the Command plan.

  • Executive Dashboard

A leadership-grade overview plus a weekly digest email for admins, on the HQ plan.

Automate

AI built into the post box, not a chatbot on the side.

The AI toolbar lives inside the post box. Highlight a sentence, pick what you want done, and the new version streams back in seconds. Before anything goes live, auto moderation checks the text and any photos. Every post the AI helped with carries an "AI assisted" label, so your team always knows.

  • Five one-click actions

Polish, Shorten, Lengthen, Translate, and Simplify, right inside the post box.

  • Translate into 10 languages

Covers the world’s most spoken languages. Only runs when you ask for it.

  • Auto-moderation built in

Scans both your text and any images for risky content before publish.

  • Labelled and logged

Every AI-assisted post carries an "AI assisted" badge and shows up in the audit trail.

Govern

GDPR and POPIA compliant from day one.

Your data lives in Google’s Belgium data centre, sealed off from every other customer at the database level. Email, Google, and Microsoft sign in are included on every plan. The Command plan adds single sign on. The HQ plan adds an append-only audit log and full API access. Every control is built to the SOC 2 standard, ready for an external audit.

  • EU data residency

Stored in Google’s Belgium region. GDPR and POPIA compliant by design.

  • Tenant isolation

Every company’s data is walled off from every other at the database level.

  • SSO today, SCIM/SAML on the roadmap

Email/Password, Google, and Microsoft SSO ship today on every paid tier. SAML 2.0 and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are on the V1.5 roadmap.

  • Audit log and SOC 2

Append-only audit log on HQ (tamper-evident storage on the roadmap). SOC 2 Type I within six months of launch, Type II within eighteen.

Multi-source migration

Switching tools? We'll move you, personally.

Share your export (Workplace, Slack, Teams, Yammer, or CSV) and our founder-led, white-glove migration maps your directory and Spaces and gets your team live in about four weeks. Post history stays in your old tool by design — a clean start keeps clutter and compliance risk out. HQ tier customers also get a dedicated account manager and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Slots into your IT stack.

Identity, payments, HR, and notification surfaces use the protocols and providers your team already operates. Nothing proprietary, nothing locked in.

  • Google Workspace SSO
  • Microsoft 365 SSO
  • Stripe (billing + tax)
  • Twilio (SMS for deskless)
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • REST API (HQ tier)
  • Webhooks
  • Data Export (CSV / JSON)

SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, and Odoo HR sync are on the V1.5 roadmap.

Frequently asked questions

If your question isn't here, our team replies inside one business day.

  • How does Kayden Connect differ from Slack or Microsoft Teams?
Slack and Teams are built for project chat in small channels. Kayden Connect is built for company-wide internal comms: the chronological Feed, Announcements with mandatory acknowledgement (Command tier+), Knowledge Hub, and engagement analytics. Most teams keep their chat tool for project work and adopt Kayden Connect for everything that should reach everyone.
  • Can we import from our current internal-comms tool?
Yes. Our founder-led, white-glove migration takes exports from Workplace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, or CSV (or a directory CSV), maps your groups to Kayden Connect Spaces, and imports your users — you are live in about four weeks. Historical posts and files do not carry over by design. Kayden Connect starts clean to keep clutter and compliance risk out. HQ tier customers also get a dedicated account manager.
  • Where does our data live, and what is your compliance posture?
All tenant data lives in Google Cloud europe-west1 (Belgium), POPIA and GDPR compliant by design. We do not yet hold a SOC 2 attestation: SOC 2 Type I is targeted within six months of launch, Type II within eighteen months. ISO 27001 is on the roadmap after SOC 2 Type II.
  • How does pricing work, and is there a free tier?
There is no free tier. Every account starts with a 14-day credit-card trial. Spark is $4/user/month (5 to 50 seats), Command is $8/user/month (51 to 250 seats), and HQ is $15/user/month (251 to 1,000+ seats, annual only). Annual billing is 20% off monthly. Plans above 1,000 seats are custom.
  • Can we pilot Engage on one team before rolling out company-wide?
Yes. Spaces support per-Space membership, so you can run a pilot inside a single Space without touching the rest of the org. Spark allows 5 Spaces, Command 25, HQ unlimited.
  • Do you have SSO, SCIM, and an audit trail?
Email/Password, Google, and Microsoft authentication are available on every paid plan today. SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are on the V1.5 roadmap. An append-only audit log (tamper-evident storage on the roadmap) and REST API access ship on HQ tier.
