Migration
Switching internal comms? We'll move you — personally.
No half-built import wizard. A founder-led, white-glove migration — we map your directory and Spaces with you, provision your workspace, and get your team live in about four weeks.
Meta Workplace shut down on 1 June 2026. If your team's been left without a home, let's talk.

Honest scope
What we move — and what we don't
No surprises. Here's exactly what comes across and what stays behind.
We move for you
- Users & groups (directory)
- Admin roles & permissions
- Your Spaces structure
We don't (yet)
- Post / message history — stays in your old tool for compliance; clean start by design
- Automated self-serve import — not offered; migration is hands-on and founder-led
The white-glove process
From kick-off to live in about four weeks
A realistic, founder-led week-by-week view of moving from your current tool to Kayden Connect.
Week 1
Kick-off + hand-over
A 30-minute founder-led call. You share a native export or CSV from your current tool (Workplace, Slack, Teams, Yammer). We agree the Spaces structure and admin roles together.
Week 2
Provisioned + invited
We set up your directory, Spaces, and roles, then magic-link invites go out. Post history stays in your old tool for compliance; Kayden Connect starts clean by design.
Week 4+
Live and proving impact
Your team's on Kayden Connect with read rates, acknowledgments, and sentiment trending in the dashboard. We stay on a shared channel for the first month.
Honest status: Founder-led, white-glove migration is available today via the founding-cohort apply flow. We move your directory, roles and Spaces with you — there is no self-serve migration wizard.
Sources you can move from
Coming from another tool? We've got you.
We import your directory, groups, and roles from a native export or CSV.

Migration FAQ
Migration questions, answered honestly
The questions we hear most from teams switching internal-comms tools.
We move your directory, roles, and structure from your export. Post history stays where it is — and note Workplace data was downloadable only until 31 May 2026, after which Meta deletes it. If you saved an export we'll use it; if not, we'll set you up fresh.
About four weeks end-to-end, starting with a 30-minute founder-led call. It's not an IT project.
No — migration is hands-on and run by the founder. There is no self-serve import wizard; we move your directory, roles and Spaces with you.
No — message history stays in your old tool. Kayden Connect starts clean by design, which keeps compliance simple.
