Every number here is something a person did.
Posts, comments, reactions, acknowledgements, survey answers. The dashboard counts deliberate actions, each one recorded against a person and a time. No part of the product records reading, so nothing on this screen is an estimate wearing the clothes of a measurement.

Six things are recorded. Four are not.
Everything on the left is created by something a person chose to do, and names the object it is attached to. Nothing on the right exists in the product at all, so no chart can be built from it and none is.

The only view count in the product. Counted on every open with nobody attached, so an author refreshing their own article moves it.

Seat activation, posts per department and company-wide engagement on one screen, with short written callouts on what changed in the period. The callouts come from fixed thresholds in the code, not from a model.

Every table on the screen leaves as a CSV, and taking the export is itself recorded in the audit log.

Every line here traces to something in the code, including the parts it would be easier to leave out.
- No part of this records reading
Post-level performance is measured by reactions, comments and acknowledgements. There is no reading figure to show, so the product does not show one.
- A view means an article
The only view counter in the product sits on Knowledge Hub articles, and it moves on every open with no per-person de-duplication.
- The callouts are thresholds
The written highlights on the executive dashboard come from fixed rules in the code, such as posts up more than ten percent. They are not written by a model.
- The mood signal counts emoji
It is the share of reactions using a positive emoji, workspace-wide. It is not language analysis, it is not per-post, and it is not per-department: department reaction counts are zero.
- Two roles can open it
Super Admins and Comms Admins. Space Admins and employees cannot, on any plan, which is why the export exists.
- The window is not a retention policy
Seven days on Spark, ninety on Command and three hundred and sixty-five on HQ is how far back a query reaches. Nothing is deleted at the end of it.
Where these numbers come from.
- The recordAcknowledgement completion is the one figure on the dashboard that is a count of confirmations rather than an inference.
- SurveysThe pulse score is a survey result, computed from answers people typed. It is not the mood signal, and the two are not interchangeable.
- Knowledge HubArticle views are the only view count anywhere in the product, and they belong to the Hub rather than to the feed.
